Have applied twice online, I pay for a A priority sending, I didnt receieve the document for more than 1 week (more than 2 weeks first time). I had to go there and ask them to give me the document. Awful online platform, they are not synchronized whatsoever. Easy to apply, but never receiving the document!

Applied for a certificate, screwed up the ZIP code, mixing it up with my workplace's. Despite they having and integrated street database they accept the wrong ZIP code, and charge the money (18 CHF for a certificate). Then they send out the letter to my (correct) address which contains a declination of the certificate, citing that I gave the wrong ZIP code. So I could order the next one for another 18 CHF... Was I at fault? - Yes. Is this an office where client's experience matters? - No.

I’ve only been here for applying none prosecution certificate, twice. This process is fast. Cash or debit card only: CHF17 per certificate, quite expensive. Staff are professional, not that friendly, but ok with me. I agree with other reviews about the 1) in the middle of no where & difficult to access location and 2) weird atmosphere. The office is located on the 3rd floor. Remember to get your numbered ticket first once you enter the office.

Friendly staff but by far one of the most difficult offices to contact unless you show up at their place which is often a massive annoyance due to work times and their inconvenient opening hours.

Ouai j'ai aussi eu des poursuite... mais je dois dire que les employés font tout pour ne pas nous miner plus le morale, ils sont souriant.. et plutôt rapide ! /// Bon j'ai pas eu l'occasion d'y retourner depuis quelque temps... heureusement.. mais je me rappelle que ça c'était bien passé.
