The instructors are really great with kids. Thy provide a wonderful ballance of understanding, kindness, patience and discipline. The facilities are spacious and clean and are fantastic for the kids classes they run. I have no experience with this club in terms of adult training, however seing how great they are with kids makes me want to join as an adult. Also, Brazilian jiu-jitsu is taught here (BJJ)!
