Masala chai latte ...very watery! Not a highlight comparing to chai latte from Starbucks but lovely place ️️

I honestly didn't expect the same quality as in Asia, but I was really surprised. The the is so well done and there is a lot of variety to choose from. Definitely recommended for the demanded price of CHF 6.50 incl. toppings

Nicely decorated, friendly staff, and lots of choice on the menu. Tea is freshly brewed unlike other places, the flavor is really good. You can choose your sugar and ice level too. This place is now part of my daily routine.

Very charming little place, awesome drinks. You can create your own drink using one of their numerous teas and fruit nectars. My favorite place in Lausanne.

My peach black tea was fresh and at perfect warm temperature. It’s within the store Royaume Melazic. It’d be good to have a sign/incentive encouraging reusable cups - maybe there was one but I didn’t notice. Also, a counter area like those in Starbucks could be convenient for customers to rearrange cups/things before leaving the store.

I can't believe that I actually found this wonderful bubble tea shop in Switzerland. You must come here to try it out yourself.

More single use plastic. So much energy and CO2 to produce 1 cup and then it's used for 5 min. I'm shocked places like this with a focus on fast take away throw away still open in 2019. It makes me feel like you really dont care about our planet. Why not open a tea bar where people can refill there thermos, and communicate about that? Instead of make great tea in throw away plastic, and pushing clients in that direction. Such a pity. You could have a real positive impact instead.
