I was sending my AirPods to my brother abroad by this post office. Staff was really nice, they explained me what and how to do, we had really nice talk in English. And by staff I mean the person with glasses, who was helping me. Regarding the other staff, I don't really know. So, the AirPods were successfully delivered to my home country in 2 weeks. Great logistics and amazing staff. Thank you!

You can see that some are happy to be there like the young man with glasses who’s always very helpful and smiling, then you have the old ladies who aren’t very grumpy and upset, looks like they don’t want to be there at all. If that’s the case they should all quit their jobs. But Swiss logistics are amazing !!

As unfriendly as already stated by others. I walked up to an elderly lady and explained with a friendly smile that my French was not yet very good (in French!). The lady had already such a distasteful frown on her face I knew I was doomed! She didn't even try in the least to communicate with me (pointing at things would have helped) Also Visa and AE are NOT accepted there...

Came to the office to get my mail. The young lady didn't speak English at all.. and was asking me something, which I unfortunately didn't understand either as I don't speak French. After few seconds she got obviously annoyed and only after she went to see if there is smth for me, which she simply had to do immediately. When I got my mail, she even didn't say anything... it was not a pleasure.. let's call it like this..
