I went for printing a document and the machine works fine. It's good that they are open on Saturdays. The only problem is that you might have to wait a bit and they don't speak English. Price for one black and white print is 0.30 francs and for color print it's 1franc.

High quality copies. Very nice service. I also forgot my usb stick and they kept it and when I went to pick it up, they checked it was actually mine. I recommend it.

Came in before closing time, no wait. Spent 4 mins to print 4 pages from online website, total CHF2.10. The young lady on duty was nice. No English. A hand sanitizer at the door.

Very unfriendly and impolite behavior. the lady who managed the shop was not helpful at all. I have never seen this kind of rude behavior in switzerland. i was charged 4.50.- for scanning only 1 paper.

Dreadful No frills photocopy shop. You can manage if one of the male employees is on duty. But it is impossible to get anything done when the Chinese lady is on duty. She is rude and will happily spend five minutes telling a customer why it is better NOT to use the store's photocopy services and have you wait and then want to charge you CHF 1.30 for taking twenty seconds showing you how to use a machine that won't print when you want to spend money here! I can understand charging more to do the copying for you, but to explain how to use machine? Surely their employees also had to be shown how to use the machines when they started working there? I'm a lawyer and spend my days and nights printing so am very familiar with using printers but sometimes I need to print on A-3 or have large print jobs that occasionally require brief assistance With this lady on duty, forget it. She is actually quite gleeful when she can be unhelpful and rude. I have spoken to several colleagues about her and they have similar experiences and try to avoid going to this branch because of her. It's a shame that this lady is put into a customer facing job as she is completely unsuited for the role. Until this branch is better managed and this lady is either removed or told to improve her attitude (I'm not sure this will work given her character) I have to recommend against patronizing this business. Other copy shops actually treat their customers well since they know we pay their salaries and are cheaper too.

Way overcrowded on Saturdays considering there is only 2 employees. But the printing service works and is efficient. Be prepared to have to wait.

I was in a hurry, but they printed an A0 poster in only 10-15 min. CopyQuick, very quick! Even though none of them could speak English, or replied to my email.
