Lacks knowledgeable and available staff. Took a while to even get a cashier to cash us out. Yet thay have a great selection.

The staff today were not good. I wanted to exchange a bulb I bought here since it didn’t fit my apartment although I asked a staff which bulb fit my apartment when I bought. I asked two staff where I can find a bulb which fits my apartment by showing them the original bulb I have. However the one staff didn’t help me saying “I’m busy!” And the other staff didn’t help me saying “go to the cashier!!” At the cashier of course what a staff can do is just to refund...can’t help me to find a new bulb. They were not good, not responsible.

Great spot in Lausanne for arts and crafts supplies at a reasonable price. They may not have as much as the Coop City for arts and crafts though...since the remodel has been happening there. This store has more home and \fix it\ kind of items here then at the co-op City in the center of Lausanne. There are a few staff members that are there to help, buy it can get busy so you may need to wait a few minutes to get assistance. They are usually knowledgeable and can assist. This Coop also has Christmas holiday stuff, and way in advance. It's located right next to a bus stop with the 8 and 22 bus lines and there is also a free parking lot right in front.
Smaller then other shops but it's in the city so understandable..
Trusted company, very kind and welcoming personal.
Cheap, very very expirate products... Forget about...
