super disappointed, worst experience in Lausanne, they seem to be desperate for money instead of giving a good honest service. when I moved to Lausanne, I was looking for a dermatology center, I did different calls to different places and many of them had the ethical decency to tell me it might be the wrong place to go regarding my needs, Clinic Lemanic patient relations answered and convinced me it was the right place to go. Bernard Moretto assured me I would be treated by a dermato to do a skin analysis to find the causes of my irritations, that the clinic offered only dermatology services as also the aesthetics by separate. In few words, when u arrive they make u pay upfront 180chf for the consultation like this they make sure it is too late when u complain and u realized u were scammed. i met a Doctor, that never touched my face or moved from her desk, she took at max 10 minutes to tell me directly all the injections and beauty treatments I should do to have good plastic beauty skin. I went out in shock with no one to speak to in the clinic, they sent me emails to follow up my case with promotions to accept all the treatments they suggested but never a real answer when i asked them several times a refund of my money and how disappointed I was. it was super unethical and shameful. its been 2 years since this experience, still no answer for my refund and seeing them with so many online ads at the moment makes me super upset, because i read other comments onlne with same horrible experiences. This kind of treatment needs to stop!

Very professional and polite service. The dermatologist I saw was excellent. They are very good with children too. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

J'ai visité la clinique Lemanic pour me faire des soins du visage (Aqualift) à Lausanne. J'ai vraiment aimé le résultat même immédiatement après un seul soin ! La peau est vivante, éclatante et mes boutons ont commencé à disparaître. Quant au personnel, il est souriant, poli et professionnel. Je ne peux pas tirer de conclusion sur le reste des soins, car j’y suis allé qu'une seule fois, mais l'ambiance et le travail du personnel, à mon avis, sont à un niveau très élevé.

Hier matin vers 11h30 une Mme du secrétariat m'as accroche le téléphone au nez juste pour avoir demande son Non, pour de futurs contact.!! J'avais consulté plusieurs cliniques pour l'intervention des facettes dentaires , mais comme j’étais conseillée par une copine de la Doctoresse Raquel LIMA j voulu être accompagne la bas, mais voila comment on fini!!

J'ai eu une bonne expérience avec la clinique. Le personnel est très attentionné et professionnel. De plus, la liste des procédures est très large, mais coûteuse. Je reviendrai certainement pour un traitement à l'avenir.

La Dr. Duniashka, qui m'as prise en charge au sein de cette clinique est incompétente. Elle est très évasive dans ses explications, avec pour ressenti comme objectif de vous fixer des rdv tous les deux mois, sans que cela ne soit nécessaire. Elle ne recherche pas de solutions viables sur le long terme. Les prix sont démesurés (près du double que dans plusieurs autres cliniques, sans aucune justification). Le personnel n'est pas agréable et tout juste accueillant. On se laisse séduire par le lieu, mais ce n'est qu'une vitrine. Je déconseille vivement!
