Poorly equipped to deal with small children. During the visit in the morning of 16.02.21 with a 2 year boy we were greeted by hostile clerk in window C promising there is nothing they can do in case he is scared. He was joined by his female colleague offering ill advice on how to deal with the child who was intimidated by the atmosphere in this place and their attitude. She then suggested we are taking too much of their time. Absolutely unhelpful. In the end additional assistance was offered which worked in combination with our efforts. Overall, very bad impression - heartless attitude and lack of knowledge on how to make little kids comfortable in their intimidating environment. Disgrace for a country like Switzerland and unacceptable.

Very quick and efficient. Please note you do not need to take an appointment though doing so may speed up the process. When I arrived with an appointment there was no waiting time however there was also no wait time without an appointment. All in all a great service.

Accueil parfait, sympathique et souriant malgré le masque. L’équipe est au top. Aucune attente alors que j’avais 15 min d’avance. Très efficace, photo et empreintes en moins de 5 min. J’y suis allé un jeudi après-midi, carte d’identité reçu lundi suivant et le passeport lendemain. Merci pour tous

Un exemple d efficacité ! Arrivé en avance un mardi, j avais déjà fini 10 minutes avant l heure du rendez-vous. Et passeport reçus le jeudi . Un conseil prenez rendez-vous et si possible Le matin
