Missing these moments so much, great hospitality and cozy atmosphere All combined with fantastic food and champagne. I am looking already forward to be able to come back soon and enjoy myself at the fullest at the Brasserie. Cheers

A good option for a business lunch. The Brasserie has 4 different rooms which give you good privacy. Superior service. Daily menu reasonably priced plus la carte with multiple choices.

Top notch quality! I've been to a couple of 5 star places (3-star Michelin) and this one definitely hits the spot. The food is not overly priced, yet exquisite, and the little added bonus of watching the chefs at work, as in the photo, was a very nice touch indeed. Recommend it thoroughly for both connoisseurs and the normal public alike.

The Brasserie inside Savoy Hotel Lausanne. Place: Located in one of the terraces of the hotel, it is a perfect place for a lunch in summer. Service: This is a 5 star hotel and so is the service, they even have knife selection for the meat. However they take very long time to serve which doesn't go well with working days lunches between meetings. Food: A bit disappointing. We had beef which was good but small, then slow cooked chicken which to my taste was boiled chicken and then we had tartare du beouf which was good. For a 5 star Brasserie was expecting a bit more taste on the food.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The prime rib was fine, but I've had better. Found their seasoning to be a bit heavy handed. The dessert more than made up for any flaws with dinner.

C'est une \BRASSERIE DU MISERABLE\: § Staff is slowly or annoying running around and unprofessional § Food is just a standard French food covered with exotic names § Place without any view at all § This restaurant doesn't deserve any Michelin star!
