I would give this shop a 0 stars if I could have. This Italian guy is all mouth and has NO idea of how to provide a proper service. Expensive for absolutely NO reason. I recommend everyone to go to a REAL professional and not this poser.

This store is being trolled. Anytime I have an issue I drop by and I’m always welcomed and if there is something they can do for me, they do. Don’t believe these one star review that are shallow and all posted within a short span of time. I recommend this store.

Première chez Atesys et très bonne expérience. Le service a été rapide et mon PC est revenu comme neuf. J'ai été très bien accueilli et servi. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir si 'ai un autre problème.

Je suis venu pour remplacer un connecteur d'alimentation. La réparation s'est faite dans un délai extrêmement court et il a été vraiment prit en compte que j'avais besoin rapidement de mon ordinateur. Superbe service client, délais court, très bonne qualité-prix. Je recommande totalement cette enseigne de très bonne qualité!

Arnaque, prétend passer 4h pour un travail de 20 minutes, propose des diagnostiques incertains et d'effectuer les réparations sans aucune certitude ET quand j'ai récupéré mon ordinateur c’était abîmé. Pas de remboursement ni compensation. Absolument incompétent! À éviter absolument.
