I changed the insurance contract due to the contonal order and I have paid extras for a few month. Before the contact ended, they have said that they will refund me, but until now, i still get nothing. I followed up, they said it has been missed and they will proceed fast. Its already been 3 to 4 months of being not responsive. Dont be traped by this company.

Reiterating what almost everyone else has said, they’re basically a scam and reply with the same “an urgent request has been made” when you inquire about the status of a bill and then nothing. I called to cancel my contract with them and got into a screaming match with one of the Benyamina brothers or cousins, whatever they are, who started being insanely rude and disrespectful when I called them out on their lies, lack of accountability, irregularities with what they said was in the “contract” that they never provide and horrible professionalism. Anyone who gives them 5 stars is clearly trying to do them a favor, or it’s one of them with a fake account.

I meet into same situation and did not get reimbursement for one year. Everytime they just say the request is proceeding or never response. Can anyone leave an email we can form a group to fight against them ?

Worst insurance company in Switzerland, definitely! They never pay the bills back, i waited years on multiple occasions. Do not sign with them, there are a lot of other way better options!
