En face du locataire il va dire que le matériel est hors d'âge et qu'il faut le remplacer, suivi d un appel du propriétaire 2 jours plus tard qui me dit que le technicien a jugé que c'est le manque d'entretien du matériel qui à posé problème.. plutôt malhonnête à mon sens..
