I am from Boston, Massachusetts in the USA and first visited the shop in Kreuzlingen in 2001. The Portmann family has always provided the best service and quality of products. I now spend much time in Überlingen , Germany and take the drive to Kreuzlingen a couple times a month to buy cigars. I travel the Americas, Europe, and Asia on a routine basis and have to say this is my favorite cigar shop in the world.
