Friendly staff and quality products. They also offer a warranty on most of their products, which can be very useful especially if you are a frequent traveler. I recently got a broken wheel replaced for free which was broken due to rough handling by an airline.
My checked luggage broke upon arriving at the airport and this store was my saving grace. The staff were very helpful and the prices competitive.
