I had a very bad experience with this store ,I bought a 2 mobile SIM cards from the for 20 CHF witch was not activated for a simple reason that the sales lady was so missed up and was in bad mood from the work and could not handle the completion of the application form . I called her after the weekend and she said sorry i have so much pressure and i will do now which she didn't. I lost my money because of her confused.
