Important railway junction between 2 regional lines but no real infrastructure

We were traveling by train from Bern to Geneva airport and there was a problem with the track so we had to get off at Kerzers. The station agent (we didn't get her name) was so helpful. She ordered a taxi to take us to Neuchatel where we connected with a train that got us to the airport in time to make the flight. Great service, thanks.
