When communicating with the shop, ALWAYS check your spam folder! I thought they are not communicating until I found the message in Gmail spam folder. But apart from that, everything is just perfect: shop assistant behind the counter speaks English, the shop itself is a beautiful museum of the history of ThinkPad at the same time, very good prices and instant delivery. I would happily shop again next time!

Bought a laptop. Laptop's shape is ok. The Tradeoff of computing power and second hand is good. Anything new in this price segment, wouldn't be in the performance class wanted. I hadn't guarantee issues yet, so I can't comment on that. An improvement I can suggest for the company is, invest 7 more minutes to install the manufacture specific drivers for the device. So the hotkeys etc. work from the beginning. Helping future costumers....
Good for cheap used pcs. Much better location. Very satisfied with the stuff I bought.
A good place to find second hand Notebooks with 3 months guarantees. I bought one, and very satisfied and would buy more if needed.

Terrible service and poor quality products. If you buy something from them and are not satisfied they offer no assistance at all, instead they have the attitude that its your problem now. Avoid this place at all costs, and go to a more reputable computer store that actually stands behind its products and offers a decent warrenty/return policy.

Gut erreichbar in Zürich unterhält ein kleines Team einen kleinen Eckladen mit wahren Informatik-Schätzen. Es muss nicht immer ganz neu sein. Auch ein gebrauchter Computer tut noch lange Dienst. Von kompetenten und zuvorkommenden Personal betreut findet sich ganz sicher ein System, welches aus der Businessreihe kommt und auf lange Lebensdauer ausgelegt ist. Aber auch mobile Geräte und Bildschirme sind zu äusserst attraktiven Preisen erhältlich. Besten Dank und gerne wieder
