The service at the boat rental was really good. Everyone at the small family business was really friendly and super helpful. My friends and I rented a small motor boat to see Lake Brienz. We had an awesome day. The lake is so beautiful! This place made our day! Big thank you to the team at the boat rental! We will definitely come back here.

Very poor and unfriendly service. While the little boy who initially helped us was very sweet, the adult man who eventually gave us the pedalo kayak barely said a word, no smile, no greeting, not an ounce of politeness. It felt like we were disturbing him and he did not want us there. For someone working in the tourism and service industry, it is unbelievable to be so unwelcoming, unfriendly and frankly just rude.
We arrived here at 3 pm on Friday(not holiday) And there were no staff at all, and there was no signal that they're closed for the day on site or on their website. Don't waste your time trying to visit here.
Habe am Vortag telefonisch reserviert und kam aber später an als geplant (wegen Stau). Doch sie waren kulant und haben mir trotzdem die gewünschte Zeit das Boot geliehen. Vor allem Top-Service
