Great to have the opportunity to print a document right in the boarding area.
Intrapass has offered its services to move our goods abroad for a reasonable price. Unfortunately the lack of competence within the company and the missing know-how made our moving lasting three times as long as promised. Instead of supporting its client during the whole administrative process, Intrapass backed out and left us with a messy and unclear situation. Definitely not what you expect from a service provider.
Terrible service, on the verge of being a scam. Ridiculously overpriced, slow, etc.

Unfähig innert nützlicher Frist, versprochene Dienstleistung zu erfüllen - Resultat: Flug nicht mehr erwischt - persönlicher Schaden über 1500 Fr. - Der Qatar sei ebenfalls ein "herzlicher Dank" auszusprechen für ihre absolute Genauigkeit und die Weiterleitung zu dieser fragwürdigen Firma. Konsequenz: keine Buchung mehr mit Qatar und nie mehr bei Intrapass was erwarten. Sofort wieder nach Hause fahren.
