Helpful and understanding staff. I always have problems finding ski shoes that are not painful for my legs, but they tried to find a solution for me and found a pair that was comfortable. The skis were in good conditions, it was great riding with them. Prices are a bit high, but I couldn't really compare with other ski shops. I also bought a pair of gloves and saw they had interesting entry prices for skiing gears if you need some basic stuff for just a week. They also have high quality products, but obviously the prices increase.
