Super Service! Tom who was working that day, attended another couple (renting/buying boots) and me (renting freeride skis) at the same time. He listened to our specific needs and proposed solutions that (very positively) surprised us both. One realizes he is not only an excellent sales person but also loves skiing and knows what he's talking about! Thank you very much, Tom!
High prices, low service
am 15.8. hatten wir hier 3 E-Velos ausgeliehen. Sehr freundlich, alles verständlich erklärt, absolut problemlose abwicklung. Da ich mich dann aber bei den Abfahrten auf den vollen Wanderwegen unwohl fühlte, konnte ich ohne Probleme mein Velo oben auf der First abgeben, lediglich 10 Franken Aufpreis bezahlt. Auch die junge Frau in der First - Filiale war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. War absolut Klasse alles, gern wieder!
Wahnsinnig freundliches Personal, kompetent, zuvorkommend und beratend. Einfach TOP. Haben uns richtig gut abgeholt gefühlt.
