After looking back at the school eight months later I realized how lucky I was to attend. I received many amazing opportunities from its school trips and various non-classroom events. However, despite all of this I do feel that some of the material taught was lacking compared to what I have seen taught at the school I attended after it. Overall I feel it is a great school but the MYP curriculum and its confusing grading system really limit its capabilities. If they where to switch to something more understanding like an A-F scale or a 0-100 percentage scale. It has a great deal of amazing teachers and if they could get more rigorous standards and make classes not an immediate pass it would certainly improve the students study habits, school habits, and preparedness for future schooling in different systems or college.
