Staff know nothing about telephone I dropped my friend I ask if can repair how long will take and how much the price they say don‘t know have to send for repair first and take3 week the price will know after repair that stupid service if to expensive and no money how customer can do
I asked them for a data SIM for internet. They asked for my passeport. I presented them my national ID card (Belgium). But they refused me saying that they can sell me the data SIM only with passeport. I told them that in their website it's written that i have to show them my passeport OR my Id card (Swisscom.ch). They said just sorry but no. 30 m away i bought a SIM from lycamobile. They didnt asked me anything.

Ich hatte eine Notsituation und das Personal hat mich schnell und efficient geholfen. Auch haben sie ein Vorschlag gemacht sodas ich künftig auch viel weniger zahlen müsste ohne das ich einschränken hatte. Das war Klasse!
