Booked the hotel directly with great advise and help over the phone. The place has got a very personal touch, very charming. Wellness worth while, even with Corona guests could get enough time in all the various places. Super clean and constance attention from staff. Breakfast worth while and dinner even better. All staff multi lingual, what more do you want for a get away?

I would definitely not recommend a stay there and I will point out why. Website contains misleading information, we supposed to book a package however we received something else. (Not worst or better but something else). At the beginning we thought that maybe it was accidental misunderstanding, however reaction of staff was strange: After asking about it, they did not react with any signal of surprise. But in the other hand, paradoxically, they said that they never had this kind of problem. As we tried to show the misleading information on website, the owner was not very keen to see it. What was at least strange because it would be in their interest to solve it, not ours. The room was extremely noisy, we had a window facing a road with intensive traffic . The mattress was "U-shaped" which is not comfortable. We could also hear other rooms, something to expect in a woody house, not to blame, only for the records. The restaurant was REALLY GOOD that's the reason I can not give only 1 star but 2. The food was delicious, waiters very friendly and concerned about our satisfaction. Summing up, go there only for dinner. If you really want to stay there, don't get a room faced to the road.

Very enjoyable and pleasant stay at the Salzano. I was genuinely impressed with the hotel on many aspects from the staff, the warm and welcoming ambience and overall comfort of the accommodations. The spa is beautiful and is a great place to relax and recover from a day in the mountains. The staff and service were all warm and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious, I can particularly recommend the homemade ravioli and the pumpkin gnocchi. My only complaint, and it's a minor one is that the coffee at breakfast isn't very good. A morning coffee is one of life's great simple pleasures, and it would be nice if they would change the morning coffee.
This hotel is located around 2.2 km from the train station, city centre. Very beautiful hotel and beautiful property. Its a low budget hotel still they maintained well. Very clean and staff is very helpful. I am sharing some picture for the view the hotel and rooms have. Must recommend.
A very nice gateway small hotel in Interlaken away from the City Centre. Checked in for 2 nights, room was nice and clean. Enjoyed a light break too. It was recommended by my dear friend. I love it. I recommend it
Perfect to people who wants relax. The place is very quiet and the room is comfortable. The breakfast has a lot of natural food, the sauna little but good, the views are exceptional and the hotel has charm (the hotel personal wears traditional Swiss clothes). And the price is a bit expensive for the quality in general. But is a good hotel to pass a weekend or a day :)
We had a fantastic stay here for a few days over New Years Eve. The staff are all friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome :) we will definitely be back. Thank you all and wish you a Happy New year again
