Really helpful staff - make sure you visit if you are in interlaken! They can help you with what is included for free with the interlaken visitor card, what passes might enable you to save money on excursions, also weather updates and other things. The lady who served me calculated (by hand!) the money I would save on excursions using different passes or none at all! Thank you for all your help!

This is one of the most beautiful city’s in the world. A fantastic mix of beautiful lakes, traditional restaurants and beautiful landscape.
Gorgeous city. Gets a bit to quiet in the evenings, but there are a few cozy pubs & bars here and there or the Casino open late. Nice to walk from side to side and lovely for shopping & window browsing during the day.

This was the most helpful place in Interlaken. The staff was very friendly and got us to the top of Jungfrau just like we wanted.
