Don’t be fooled! The real bargains are through the obscure door to the east side of the building labeled Bijouterie Antic. Knock loud and ask for Sylvia. She’ll tell you they are by appointment only, but if you’re really nice she’ll let you in. She and her husband, Gary, love Americans. The stuff in here isn’t your standard tourist trap junk. The sticker prices appear high, but that’s just because she loves to haggle. Pro tip: start low and assert that everything is fake. I don’t know that they are, but it puts her on the defensive. I walked out of there with some nice stuff all for under 100US. Well worth the stop.
