The worst experience ever. Dr Dubuisson treated me very weird with very dirty attitude , but the main problem was that he didn’t detect the decease I had . He took all analyses , to make me pay as much as possible, and didn’t not mention anything about the problem which became worse later. When I went to another doctor 6 months later, the situation was already critical. Moreover the invoice is doubled, they charge even for that they have never done. I had to argue for the correction of the invoices, which they send even 5 months later after the visit. The cabinet is old, with the strange old equipment , and dust on the furniture.

They write FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS, just check the profiles of people who had a good experience here. I didn't pay much attention to the negative reviews because there were also many positive (fake ones). I went there because I urgently needed to see a doctor and they received me the day after. No wonder why they often have availability for appointments when other gynecologists in Geneva are booked for months. Just bad service, long wait, not professional, very expensive treatments and old equipment (for magnetic resonances at least. The doctor never sent the results to his colleague who was treating me and he never gave me the video recording of the expensive study either, not professional at all). The gynecologist I saw, immediately said I needed surgery. Of course I searched a 2nd opinion from a reliable gynecologist and she said surgery wasn't necessary. Check you bills because they also charge for all they can even if it's not legal... or for treatments you didn't receive. The worst experience ever.

Arrived for an appointment with their dermatologist, only to be told the doctor had left because he had something in his eye. No attempt was made to contact me or, weirdly, to offer me another appointment. Don’t recommend.

Worst institute ever!! All people working there are thieves and make you pay for exams or test not even made!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! AVOID IT!! NOT EVEN A STAR

The receptionists are not professional and not interested in patients. It is very difficult to reach them by phone. It is simply impossible to get a copy of your analysis. Dr. Jovanovich has too many patients. Very often you should wait 30 minutes and more in the coridor until the appointment. The treatment that he prescribes is always the same and it doesn't help.

Ce cabinet est très sérieux. Médecins très accueillants, pertinents, doux et précis dans leurs gestes, et je n'ai aucun reproche à faire en plus de 5 ans de fréquentation de ce cabinet. Je recommande.
