I accept having been initially misdiagnosed; it's something that happens. But I believe I've been handled unprofessionally. I wasn't called back for an MRI as initially agreed. I only was informed that my diagnosis had changed after I placed multiple calls. I asked for X-Ray images and updated report; they sent me a screenshot pasted into an email message and no report. I showed up in person and got the corrected report with no apology; they almost laughed in my face. I was meant to stay in Chur a few more weeks, but I've preferred getting competent care somewhere else back in Zurich.
It has been one year since I was operated in the Graubünden hospital. It was a very complicated fracture of tibia and fibula. I was received in emergency and the efficacy of all the team was incredible. It is thanks to the excellent profissional team of orthopedists I am able not only walk but also to ski one year after! Besides, the general quality of the service of the hospital was at an exceptional level. Moreover, when leaving the hospital, I forgot the phone charger by the side of my bed and when I remembered, I didn't want to disturb asking it back. To my enormous surprise, in a few days, I received the lost item in my home Portuguese adrese. My big THANKS to all the team of the Hospital Graubünden for everything!

Tolles Krankenhaus mit tollem Personal. Wurde nach einem Skiunfall in Arosa in dieses Krankenhaus geflogen und muss sagen das ich schon Anfangs gemerkt habe das man bei Experten ist die wissen was zu tun ist. Es wurde sich direkt um einen gekümmert (Kniescheibe gebrochen offener Bruch) und man wurde aufgeklärt von den Verantwortlichen was die nächsten Schritte sind. Auch die Ausstattung in diesem Krankenhaus ist modern. Dieses Krankenhaus hat seinen Guten Ruf wirklich verdient.

Vielleicht der schlechteste Spital der Schweiz. Personal unfreundlich. Es ist mir noch nie passiert, dass ich von einem Arzt keinen Termin bekommen habe bzw. abgelehnt worden bin, obwohl dieser dringendst notwendig gewesen wäre. Eine Frechheit! Ich rate allen anderen davon ab, überhaupt einen Fuss in dieses Spital zu setzen.
