I have been a patient from Dr. Faulenbach for nearly 3 years. She is an extremely knowledgeable and kind professional and has helped me with my thyroid and weight issues. I am very thankful for her support. All the people on the Clinic have always been also very kind and helpful.
These people lost a 6 months old appointment, one day before the said appointment. They literally did nothing to correct their mistake. The person at the phone also refused to give out her name. A clinic that has a random/made-up schedule is practically useless. What other aspects about it are extremely unreliable as well?
Worse service ever. I didn’t know they changed the address. I went to the old place and waited there for almost half an hour. I was trying to call the clinic many many times, but no one picked up the phone.

Ich wurde sehr professionell und zuvorkommend als \Neu-Schweizer\ aufgenommen. Die Praxis arbeitet auf dem neuesten Stand der medizinischen Forschung und macht einen sehr organisierten Eindruck. Prof. Kasperk nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit. Es gefällt mir alles sehr gut.
