Le service client est déplorable très brut et très désagréable envers le client qui cherche seulement a avoir des informations. Raccroche au téléphone et s’énerve. On n’a plus l’impression d’être un client. J’ai acheté des voitures d’autres marques, honda restent ceux qui ont la pire réception excepté vendeurs bien sympathiques. Pour ma première voiture Honda je ne suis pas déçu du véhicule, je ne peux malheureusement pas en dire autant du service client. Première et dernière fois! Une fois la garantie terminée je n’y mettrai plus les pieds. De gros progrès a faire comparé aux autres marques dommage.
