I've stayed in this hotel from the 26th to the 30th of December, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had during my whole life. We had arrived as expected and got the keys with the properties' administrator, however our problems began when we had to check out. We sent e-mails trying to get in touch with the person responsible for the apartment, however we were unable to reach them. In the day, as we had no other option, we sent them an e-mail politely thanking them for the time we spent there and detailing our schedule to proceed to check-out. We had absolutely no response nor protocols to properly check-out. When we arrived, I found the administrator alongside a man and they were screaming and being EXTREMELY rude at me and my partner for being late (how can someone be late to an never scheduled appointment? Go figure...), and literally embarrassing us. They actually said they don't check their e-mails often, only every 24-48 hours (which proves how badly managed the place is...) Obviously, in this accommodation, hospitality is over when check-out happens and politeness is of absolutely no use. In any country, the main rule is: politeness and good customer service (which means looking and answering e-mails at least on a 12 hour base). Needless to say: never staying there again...

Usually they have you stay in their sister location HomeStay Center. However they decided to play games and messed up my reservation, beware never stay here not good business people! Trust me stay at Holiday Inn or any other place but here.
Nicely kept apartment. Large living room and clean shower. Good value for being close to the airport. 10 minutes walk from tram stop. 3 rooms available. Make sure to lock your door. Other guests like to open closed doors for some reason, even if the available rooms are left open.
Great place. Nice bathroom nad kitchen. Kind owner. Clean and comfortable.
Switzerland is nice but its expensive place i have ever visited.
Clean and tidy but noise travels through walls and floors
Aufgrund von Problemen beim Homestay Zürich City in diese Unterkunft "umgebucht". Zunächst schlechteres Zimmer als gebucht, wurde dann jedoch korrigiert. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach und schlicht, zum Glück war es bei uns nur zum übernachten ohne weiteren Aufenthalt im Zimmer. Ein Bett, eine Schlafcouch, zwei kleine Regale, Spiegel, Schrank und Lampe war die komplette Ausstattung. Klo Bad Küche sind gemeinschaftlich. Parken zudem ein echtes Problem Abends und am Wochenende. Es ist zwar für schweizer und vor allem Züricher Verhältnisse günstig aber man sollte hier null erwarten. Im Vergleich zum Homestay City verdient hier zumindest der Service den einen Stern.
