If you want a quality Japanese knife from someone who really knows his stuff, then Mr Roellin is the man. I bought 3 knives and couldn't be happier. He gives good advice to ensure you get the best out of the knives you purchase. Would I buy knives from him again? Absolutely. Would I recommend him to friends? Already done so.

I am into Japanese style knives for some time now and after buying an Aoki Shirogami 2 Shobu a few years ago, I started to search for the next knife. I came across Marco’s site and was amazed by the choice of high quality Japanese knives. Living in Switzerland I thought I give it a try and contacted Marco for a few knife options including 3 layer and damascus knives and asked, if I could visit. He replied quickly and 2 weeks later I was able to browse through his knife offerings and do some cutting trials. While all his knives are sharp, in direct comparison the Orca (by Shiro Kamo) stood out. Sharp, light weight and balanced… and good looking. So I ended up buying what I had planned to buy. This is 4 weeks now and every time using the Orca is fun. I know I will be visiting Marco again. Marco, thanks for the excellent side stories and recommendations. Ralf

Sehr kompetente und freundliche Beratung! Herr Röllin hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und nachdem das Messer nun seit einiger Zeit in reger Nutzung ist, zeigt sich, dass er absoluter Fachmann ist! Das empfohlene Messer ist absolut super und passt perfekt zu mir und meinem Schneidestil. Es war sicher nicht das letzte Messer von ihm!

Ich habe nun schon mehrfach bei Herrn Röllin Messer oder Zubehör bestellt. Die Lieferung könnte nicht schneller sein, jedes Mal wurde das Produkt noch am selben Tag versendet. Auch der Kontakt via Mail ist sehr angenehm und schnell. Die Verpackung der Produkte war fast schon übertrieben sorgfältig, so dass nie irgend etwas hätte beim Versand beschädigt werden können. Und mit den Produkten bin ich zu 100% zufrieden. Summa Summarum könnte es nicht besser sein, ich werde definitiv wieder bestellen.
