The dim sum is expensive for what you get, and the lobster one was particularly disappointing whereby the consistency was really strange (looked like a blob of red ice). The concept is great and the branding is excellent, but improvements can be made to the pricing structure and to the quality of the ingredients, especially in the most expensive dim sum. We came away from the experience feeling that we overpaid a lot.

Very kind young owners. Had a great experience coming to the shop and cooking the dumplings with my girlfriend. We were both delightfully amazed by the delicious taste and texture of these creative dumplings. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who loves good food. And it is very easy to cook! Superb.

We had for the second time an order from Madam Sum and we were again taken away be the really great combinations of flavors etc. Easy to cook also. The only drawback: delivery radius is limited, and several flavors were out of stock - so room to work on that :-)
