Looking for a stress-free move? Thinking that doesn't exist? We also had our doubts that it could be done but it can. If you need to use a moving company in Switzerland, I very strongly recommend Helvetia Transporte. They were amazing, great communication, punctual, efficient and professional. We used the packing and moving services in the canton of Zurich and have only good things to say. This is a rare company in the business that knows what customer service means. Paulo, the manager in the office, and the entire team on the days of packing and moving, led by Douglas, were absolutely exceptional. I cannot recommend them more and since I am not planning a new move anytime soon I decided to write them a well-deserved awesome review. Thank you so much for making our move so much easier!
We used Helvetia transport for our move (local move in Zurich) and also for the final cleaning. They were very professional and responsive. Every time I sent them an email, I received a response almost immediately. For the move, they disassembled and reassembled a few items that were too large. Nothing was damaged. The cleaning went very well. They sent someone to the handover but there was no complaints from my ex-landlord.
We used the moving services of this company on the 01.12.2020 and were satisfied with it. There were couple of installation mistakes, but they were proactive, responsive and promised to fix them in a timely fashion.

Very professional movers: first there was very good communication before the move, and if you chose a person to drop by in person, they would very careful evaluate the costs of your move. The move itself was done very carefully, no furniture nor walls damaged. The move itself was astoundingly fast, including the disassembly and reassembly of furniture. Highly recommended!
We had a pleasant experience both with moving and final cleaning. The move of a 100 sq.m. apartment was done in 5 hours and their team even removed the lamps from the old apartment and mounted them in the new one. The final cleaning was also well done, the landlord even congratulated to them on the good work. They are a little expensive, but the work they had done was perfect.
I organized moving and Cleaning with them. All worked well, staff is friendly and helpful.
