We come here every year because we love their spa, breakfast and rooms. The pool is perfect for babies and toddlers - just a bit dark because a few spot lights were not working. Breakfast was great - good variety of bread, meat & cheese selection. Reception was very helpful and welcoming. This time we had a room without view and the room seem to be dark and cold all the time since there's no sunlight coming in (it was mid Sept). So, next time we will for sure book a room with view.

We were not unhappy with the place, but surprised that they were a little disorganized (several bookings we had made, such as of a parking space, were non-existent upon arrival) and we felt a bit ripped off at times. For example, they charged us chf 70 per person for a New Year’s Day “brunch” which was essentially the same thing as the included breakfast a few minor items and the exact same desserts we had the previous night for NYE dinner. Had we known we would have never gone for it.
This place is as pretty as a picture. Charming folks at the front desk. Very comfortable room, amazing family spa with a stunning view. The hotel is located right across from the gondolas and provides equipment rental and lockers.

Lovely hotel and spa. Staff are very good and friendly! Great location and the breakfast is superb! Spa does get very busy and the ski and ski boot room could do with being a little larger! Parking is limited! Not exactly ski to door as you have to take the funicular, which is pretty much onsite and then a gondola... but still pretty good if you time it right!
It can be expensive but the massage I had with Suzanne was great and it's lovely to swim in the warm pool, take a sauna and try the other rooms in the spa. The monkfish I had for lunch was delicious but unfortunately almost cold.
We only visitet the spa and did not stay in the hotel. Excellent with kids or without. Price is not cheap but the spa is worth it. Especially if you take the lunch package for 69 chf that includes the spa for all day.
