Very nice place, a dream ! Very clean and warm. Massages are marvelous. To be recommended.
Very friendly little place. Can't comment on the spa treatments as we only came in for lunch. lunch was very reasonably priced for Zurich, there was a very relaxed atmosphere, and the service was friendly and attentive. Thank you!
This was probably our best dinner experience during our short stay in Zurich! Thank you for friendly service, elegant environment and simple yet great food :)

Great architecture, great products. Unfortunately, bad experience. I went on a \couples spa day\ and was very disappointed. The other guests in the hammam including the staff where very loud. Relaxing wasn’t possible. Also staff couldn’t be found to ask questions or order snacks/drinks when in the relaxing area.
Quality decreasing strongly in this hammam! Since two year I come here several times a year with a friend and we get a package. This last time the massage was for both of us really bad (good masseurs before). As we complained the woman in the reception was looking for excuses and turning things around. The compensation offered was ridiculous and we refused it. Since two weeks I try to talk to the general manager but she is not reachable. I have the impression they start to spare in qualified personal. You lost two loyal clients.
Consistently beautiful and thoughtful space design. Great architecture with geometric lines and natural light. Neutral toned stones and washed soft linen touch. Hamman bath was a beautiful ritual. I loved the warm room with steam room and exfoliating process. Special black olive soap and whole body mud pack was included in the entrance fee. We went to the Salon for lunch after the relaxing hamman. The food was simple but amazing. Healthy, natural simple soups and salads. I would definitely come here again for lunch or breakfast. Perfect girls’ hang out spot. Drinks and fresh juices were super but little pricier than food. Tip 1: if you go to hamman in the morning, you could encounter the least people. We went at 10am, we had the entire place for us :) Tip 2: no swimsuit allowed. even though cotton clothes is given to cover your body. If you are a person not desiring to show your naked body to others, then it might be a problem. I personally had no problem with that since they had separate days for women and men.
