Hi Karin! I tried to make Liquer filled chocolates (in sugar shells). I did exactly as directed but while making mould in warm Corn Flour, everything goes well until the flour is levelled lightly in the wooden box, but the moment I try to form the cavity with my plaster of paris mould, the flour around the cavity starts cracking and collapsing. What possibly I might be missing? Can you help? Shashi Mimani -India
