New to the city and had my bike shipped over. Good initial reviews suggested this site to service post rebuild. Great communication in English by email and in the shop. Price offered to service my road bike was very competitive to what I would pay in the U.K. and a lot more competitive than other higher rated bike shops in the area. Service quality was good and Fabio broke down all of the possible issues I might have in future (which I was aware of so I appreciate the clarity). I had a request post service for further tuning to be done to my drive train which was done swiftly. I appreciate good service and will guarantee my custom for all of my bikes whilst I am in Basel.
