Very very comfortable. I loved this apartment and I recommend it to others. The only drawback is bit far away from center (1km)
The chalet they provide are excellent. That is the only positive part. They are a renting company and not a hospitality company. I had a not so pleasent experience with the check in staff. 1)Found them Extremely rude .2) They even lied about certain things. Luckily my travel agent was a great help and got things sorted out. 3)The first thing what the staff ask when one enters is pay extra if one has to use coffee machine. 4) They charge extra than what is there in the contract for security deposit and show no remorse when one asks for a clarification. If there is one company where staff needs any kind of lesson in hospitality this company is on top of the list.. Revised: The manager took note of review and listened to our feedback. Hopefully there is an improvement in their services going ahead.
