Location is A. Situated near shopping center and the car park is just across the road. Grindelwald station is only a stone throw away. Receptionist is helpful. Service at the restaurant on the first floor is also quite fast. Rooms a bit dated, but it's clean.

Great restaurant conveniently situated just outside the Grindelwald Gründ station! Walking into the restaurant, you'll be greeted by a very traditional Swiss interior that exudes warmth and coziness. The menu is simple and features great traditional Swiss food as well as more exotic fusion fare. Give the traditional raclette plate and Aplermagronen a try as they're nicely portioned and leave you just satisfied. Prices are fairly reasonable by Swiss standards and service staff are very friendly and ready to help you out with the menu!
Amazing food, warm and friendly staff and very fast service. We have 2 little kids (1&4) the provided kids menu, coloring pages, and the kids meal arrived very fast. The specialty salad was amazing (worth the Swiss price), as was the raclette and Rosti. The decor is very charming with beautiful woodwork. We were concerned coming in offseason but very happy were were able to find such a great restaurant.
Service was good, fast and precise. Food wasn’t exactly bad, but very very basic. Wiener Schnitzel was just the meat, the standard fries one gets everywhere and small slice of lime. While not super expensive for the Swiss standards, especially being kind of tourist attraction as Grindelwald is, I’ve had better meals, including Wiener schnitzels, in the same price range. Definitely not good value for the money. Though that’s often the case in touristy areas.
Absolutely amazing quality of food and service. A bit pricy, but nothing really extreme comparing to other places around. Highly recommended
Restaurant was so bad. All of staffs were terrible. They looks so busy but also service was so bad. Especially man was so rude. He did not see the customer only just talk. I do not want to come this restaurant again. Even if food was not bad, service was terrible. They need to think about themselves.

Wir waren über Ostern im Hotel zu Gast und haben jeden Abend im Restaurant gespeist. Die Gerichte waren alle sehr köstlich, schön angerichtet und auf den Punkt gegart. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unseren Abenden im Restaurant Kreuz & Post und können es wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Wir freuen uns auf unserer nächsten Aufenthalt hier.
