Not cheap, but these are so well balanced and complex tastes, outstanding! The view is great but the food is even better. We had the 5 course meal with wine pairing and were not disappointed. Complex dishes with very well balanced tastes and great wines. Friendly and helpful staff. I was blown away by the desert: different, exciting but absolutely great.

The wife and I decided to eat here the first night at the hotel. The food was fantastic, the view spectacular, and the wine delightful. I highly recommend.

There were three reasons I can not give a full 5 stars. I had made a reservation, but the Restarant had no record of the reservation,. I had to show my confirmation email. That being said the Host was very friendly, and got us a fabulous seat on the balcony. The other issue was simply the time. I enjoy a nice calm, slow meal, but this one was a little on the extreme side. The menu says to excpect 1 1/2 hours for the 5 course tasting menu. Well it was more like 2 1/2. You pay extra on the tasting menu for wine to be paired with the course. That is to be expected and the pairings were really good, but because of the extra hour wait, we needed more wine to keep the flow going. The food was outstanding. The tasting menu was out of this world! Each course that was served, got better and better. My tastebuds were dancing with anticipation on each bite. The fish course was sturgeon. I lived in Wisconsin for many years and was used to sturgeon, but I have never had sturgeon as good as I tasted at the Glacier. I could have eaten that as the entire meal.

We walked in to this restaurant, not long after restaurants have opened after lockdown. We walked in because of the welcoming handwritten sign on the street that said something like, "Come in and join us!" and lead us in by pretty candle lights. My husband and I thought, "well this sounds perfect!"We knew that there might not be a table for us but still, we though we'd have at least a drink, checkout the place (to possibly review) and maybe have a dessert...I thought it would be good to support an establishment a bit off the beaten track and likely hit hard by the recent lockdowns. At the front desk, we waited and waited and waited. Two servers nodded to us, so we waited more. Finally my husband went to the dining area and asked if we might be able to sit at one of the several empty tables. We were told to wait longer. Which we did. Then eventually the host came to us and said, "What? You mean you want to eat...tonight?" Then he laughed at us and told us no, of course they had no seats for us. Needless to say, we won't be going back there, ever. We totally understood that they may not have been able to serve us a meal, but the attitude was so snobby, we couldn't imagine eating there! (P.S. If the owner reads this, I recommend taking down the welcome, come in sigsign)

Great service. Like another posted. 150 for a tomahawk steak for two is a bit much. Medium rare is very rare. The atmosphere is good. I imagine it is one of the Only upscale spots in the area. But we were there for only one night.
