The equipment hire was excellent, everything was good quality and we had no such problems in being accused of returning items damaged as have some other reviewers. General wear and tear is to be expected on such items but stuff shouldn't be returned damaged just because it's not your own kit! We also arranged kids group lessons and adult private lessons over 5 days whilst we were there and without exception all the instructors were great. They were able to cope with differing abilities within the group so that everyone got to improve and enjoy the lessons. They were super friendly with us and we had a far better experience than we did with ESF in France last year who managed to 'lose' on of our children!! The key here is that they DO restrict group sizes and don't just maximise the number of kids in each group for the purposes of profit. This results in getting much more from the lessons than in larger groups where abilities and attention to each student can vary widely. Recommended.

Same issue as other reviews. The guy in the shop finding mysterious damage to a ski pole and trying to shake us down for CHF60. Beware or take photos of everything before you leave the shop!

I borrowed 2 pair of ski, skishoe's sticks and helmets and we had 5 privat lesson skischool and I was happy till I returned the stuff. They tried to finde broken materiel to make us pay from a piece of wood in the shoe over scratches in those cheap plastic helmets to the stick where a little piece of plastic was missing. Only problem that piece was missing when we get that the stuff so my mistake was not bringing it back when we have seen it. But anyway wehe get treaded rude and unfriendly. So I can't recommend to go there at all.
