Probably my best flight.I had a very long flight from Miami to Budapest.We got and a blanket too.It was the best flight,very exelent service,vert delicious food.It was a great experience.

had a flight booked march 17 from geneva to barcelona I even purchased the cancelation insurance ! And as you know covid 19 happend and spain went into full lockdown my accomadation in spain were cancelled and refunded a week prior too our flight . We called every day spent countless hours on the phone to getthrough only for it to cut out after being on the phone too long. It was next to impossible to get ahold of them the message on the phone kept implying due to covid 19 they have high call volume. Granted they must but a day before we booked to leave we finally reached someone when we asked to cancel they said they would put me on hold to get me to the right department for cancelation.only two spend over an hour and a half on the phone for them to hang up.. I'm not joking .I was never able to get through again even when they claim 24 hours They never cancelled my flight it said they were still sending people to spain. And now that I missed my flight and I keep calling and when I finally get to someone this time they tell me since I missed my flight I have to email support for cancelation since it cant be done over th phone all of a sudden ? And when i say i have cancelation insurance they claim it doesnt cover pandemics... so now they wont give me a refund they wont give me credits but would give me a cancelation document but wont write in it that they airline wont provide no refunds or credits which my credit card needs those exact details to pay for my flight through the credit card insurance. It's a insane hassle trying to get them to reply to my emails I wait over a week for them to write back just to say theres nothing they can do.I Keep emailing them since I dont believe they cant just write me off .Its unbelievable I cant believe this robbery.

Hotline catastrophique, dommage c’était une bonne compagnie. Je veux bien concevoir que la crise du COVID n’a rien arrangé, mais est-ce une excuse pour être désagréable, insultant et aussi peu efficace. Tout cela pour autant que vous ayez pu les atteindre bien sûr. Une cinquantaine d’appels des heures à entendre le même message pour finir par être mis hors ligne et devoir recommencer à zéro. Comment décourager les clients. HONTEUX ET DÉPLORABLE Vivement la faillite, on ne pleurera pas.

Alors Swiss quand restituerez vous l’argent retenu en otage de votre côté ? Pour l’encaissement c’est immédiat par contre dans l’autre sens c’est compliqué. L’état vous a aidé, à vous maintenant de faire votre travail pour ne pas pourrir les vacances de vos clients qui jusqu’à la vous faisaient confiance. Pour ma part il est clair que suite au traitement que j’ai reçu de votre callcenter, sans excuses en bonnes éduformes je boycotterais votre compagnie et irait donner mon argent aux compagnies qui sont plus honnêtes que vous (et certainement moins chères par dessus tout) Pire service client auquel j'ai eu à faire !
