For my brothers birthday i ordered a bottle of Octomore 8.3 (he likes extremely peated whisky and this is the extremest of them all :)) Ms. Spycher was extremely helpful in getting the bottle to us on time and with lowest cost possible, they think WITH & FOR the customers and are precise and friendly in their communications. The bottle was packaged very good, absolutely no chance of damaging it in transport short of an explosion on the delivery truck but i suspect the bottle would have even survived that! Besided that, the cost of the bottle was actually the lowest i could find online and much much cheaper than the couple of auctions where i could find this bottle. So in short: - Very good pricing - Extremely high level of service - Very good packaging Very happy customer :) 10/10 will buy again if we need something special :) PS; According to my brother it is an awesome tasting whisky, he absolutely loves it.
