Based on the good reviews I read about Dr. HSU, I went to see him with good expectations, but after my appointments I wasn't satisfied with how he treated my situation. Indeed, I didn't feel like he was confident in what he was prescribing me. After a few appointments, he prescribed me some other medicine but at the same time he said that this new medicine had the same effect that the one I was already taking (and that it wasn't working), so I didn't understand why he wouldn't give me one that was more effective for my problem ? I felt like he didn't know what medicine was best for me and when he prescribed me something I had to ask him to explain the effects and how it worked otherwise he wouldn't have explained it to me. Furthermore, the ambiance and the place weren't great and the assistant and the doctor weren't very welcoming. For these reasons, I decided to get another opinion from another dermatologist.

The best dermatologist that I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Dr. HSU was able to diagnose and treat a problem I had been suffering from for the last 5 years and before in childhood that was never handled/understood correctly. You can book appointments online which is great. The location in Google maps is bringing you to the correct building. So to help, HSU’s office is to the right of Yukigumi ramen restaurant and to the left of Café Gavroche before the Coulouvreniere bridge going to Plainpalais. The front door is unlocked, just push. To enter the second set of glass doors, ring Hsu’s office at the call box near the mailboxes at your left upon entering the building. Finally, proceed to the second floor and you will find the office on your right. I
