I have just returned from the clinic having made an urgent appointment to repair a restoration and obtain a temporary resin in order to resume treatment with my dentist in Brazil. I was shocked to discover that, for some reason or other, this dentist (Dr Evan TCHOULFYAN) has worn down my tooth by removing a considerable part of my original tooth without asking or warning me in advance that he was going to do so. Without understanding what he was doing I asked him to finally do the filling and what he did was to use half of the old restoration whilst filling in the other half of my tooth with new resin...!! I only realised this poor quality work when I came home and saw the mess in the mirror. Furthermore, he didn't even analyse the tooth to see if there were cavities. On returning home I immediately called my dentist in Brazil, and when I explained the procedure she confirmed that the work of this dentist is of poor quality. Now my occlusion (bite) is not as it was before as one part is missing and it does not touch the upper tooth so the bite there will be deficient. Oh.. at the end he charged me 192.70 Swiss Francs for this \service\ he provided! I'm extremely disappointed and feeling deceived. I wish I would never have had this botched job... It is unforgivable! :(

As the google don't allow to respond to your answer, please find below the response from my husband Paulo de Oliveira: Your work was so badly done that now when I eat there my tooth hurts, which was not the case before your “service”. I would never go back there and strongly recommend my contacts to avoid this clinic and leave alone yourself! Come one man, you SANDED my tooth without telling me that you would do so, I would never allow you to do so otherwise. I was clear that what I needed was a temporary fill with a cement so I could cover the whole and hold on until March when I see my dentist! The two photos you took don’t show anything because they were taken when you already filled down my tooth, now I am in pain, and that is not reasonable, is it? You really damaged my tooth in a way that I can’t even take my head way of it because of the simple fact that because I’m now in pain, and you believe my comment is unfair? If you are disappointed with a feedback of your performance, can you imagine how do I feel been the person you tried your failed experiment? What you did was a proper dog's breakfast... Unacceptable! Une explication claire et transparente du traitment éffectué, le dentiste très à l'écoute, patient, très professionnel. Je me suis sentie en confiance et le résultat final très satisfaisant.
