Bought a bag full of chocolate goodies here, really friendly and helpful staff - and the chocolate was amazing!
The staff was exceptionally rude and the chocolate was mediocre at best. I walked in and tried to chat with the cashier. She seemed disinterested even though I was speaking to her in fluent French. Then, when my children came in the store, she made a gave a very blatant nod to the owner (?) and she came out and stared at my family as we made our selections. Apparently my kids were presumed thieves just because of their age. My husband was furious and left the store. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was trying (and failing) to be attentive and helpful. In hindsight, I know this was not the case. I wouldn’t go there again. With or without children.
Excellent chocolates. Had a 9 piece box of truffles. Delicious.
Count the money the lady gives back, she tried to cheat me for 10 franks. Observing her reaction I am pretty sure it was on purpose.
Fresh, good selection
Très bon accueil, idem pour les chocolats. Les créations sont originales, le cacao est bien dosé et les chocolats ne sont pas fades, on est vite rassasié avec quelques pièces. Les prix sont aussi moins élevés qu'à la concurrence.
Mon chocolatier préféré depuis des années. La boutique de Genève a un petit côté désuet mais réconfortant et c'est aussi ça qu'on aime! Les chocolats sont succulents. Si vous avez l'occasion de vous rendre à la boutique de Thonex, elle vaut le detour. Depuis le point de vente vous pourrez apercevoir le laboratoire et échanger directement avec le chocolatier très accueillant et de bons conseils.
