The tools they use are straightforward, clear, modern, and useful for everyday life as an individuum and as a teacher. Yogalife is far beyond as a “Yoga School” - it is a community that embraces you in your whole being, picking you up from where you are right now and encouraging you to grow further, to discover for yourself your true yoga teacher. The 200 hr Yogalife Teacher Training brought up to light and built the teaching skills of “the yoga teacher that always lived in me - and changed my life! The further Yogic Studies, enhancing the yoga knowledge, the understanding of anatomy applied to yoga as well as my confidence and joy teaching, had increased largely after every module of the 300 hrs training I had accomplished with them.
