The owner of the bike shop is extremely rude. He over charge you for every little thing you ask and he insult you if you don't speak fluent French. The overall operational service is good, but the mood of the people inside makes you take your bike and bring it elsewhere...
Horrible customer service and seldom respectful. The same argument and problematic understanding shop owners of Geneva lead their business with English speakers. Who pays, arrays the order. That should be the rule.
The job done was good, however I can't say the same about customer service. I got yelled at really badly because I asked for a receipt - the guy said he would have charged me more had he known he had to waste time writing one (which took him 20 seconds). Quite sad.
Really great service, I bought a new bike and had a problem. The problem was fixed in 24 hours and he even made some other adjustments. I would defiantly recommend Vélo service to buy from. Top tip, make the effort to speak French. (Even if it is a little)
Agree - guy is a bit of a crank but he's a solid mechanic and has reasonable prices so worth putting up with.

Poor customer service and overpriced. There is a new bike shop in Eaux Vives called Dirt King, 79 Rue des Eaux-Vives which i will definitely check out.
