Great service from real animal lovers
Probably one of the best vets in geneva. Staff is very friendly and all experiences have been excellent. We only go to other vets when it's closed and we have an emergency.
Ideally situated near Eaux Vives 2000, (you can park at shopping center or go by bus ). The center is quite big so very convenient for last minute meeting. Count on them if you have a last minute or health emergency they will always find a spot . So very convenient if you are in city center or you need a last minute emergency solution.
I have known Dr. Ritter for almost 18 year now as the vet for all my cats. I have never had a negative experience at her veterinary clinic. In a few occasion I had to wait a little bit but I can’t complain because she spends a lot of time examining my cats when it’s my turn. I normally spend more time discussing with her about my cats’ health than I do with my own doctor about mine… and this is something priceless. She is into every detail, explains clearly what she does to the animal and the pros and cons of the treatments; she is great at follow-up (she remembers my cats as if they were her animals). And I love her sense of humor! Her clinic is the place you want your animal to be taken care of.

English speaking staff, Dr Ritter was very helpful and knowledgeable of international animal relocation and local swiss licensing requirements when we arrived. She has even helped with Swiss neighbour cultural requirements when our dog became anxious and noisy.
